Customer Service Consultant is handling telephone calls regarding flight connections, flight reservations, providing services in the area of bonus frequent flyer programs, telephone check-in, sale of tickets and a lot more. At the beginning you would start with customers
Requirements:
- FLUENT GERMAN – C1 and ENGLISH – B2
- ONE OF THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES IS A BIG ADVANTAGE: RUSSIAN, HUNGARIAN, ROMANIAN, SERBIAN, BULGARIAN, or POLISH language
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of PCs
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Stress tolerant
- Ideally previous experience with customer service and/or flight tickets reservations
- At least high school education
