Customer Service Consultant is handling telephone calls regarding flight connections, flight reservations, providing services in the area of bonus frequent flyer programs, telephone check-in, sale of tickets and a lot more. At the beginning you would start with customers

Requirements:

  • FLUENT GERMAN – C1 and ENGLISH – B2

  • ONE OF THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES IS A BIG ADVANTAGE: RUSSIAN, HUNGARIAN, ROMANIAN, SERBIAN, BULGARIAN, or POLISH language
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of PCs
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Stress tolerant
  • Ideally previous experience with customer service and/or flight tickets reservations
  • At least high school education
